“Le Gît'an Roulotte” is the name of our campground located in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region in Bessey, in the Loire department, in the heart of the Pilat Regional Nature Park, at the crossroads of the Ardèche, Isère, Haute-Loire, Drôme, and Rhône departments.

Bessey, a small village of 465 residents, is nestled in the countryside amid apple orchards (with protected appellation status), sharing its terroir with vineyards producing wines such as Saint-Joseph, Côtes du Rhône, Condrieu, Viognier, and Côtes Rôties...

 

We’d be delighted to welcome you for a break away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life – the perfect opportunity to unwind in a relaxed setting and start afresh; but no pets, please…

You’re welcome to bring your caravan or tent; there are two pitches available.

 

We have the following accommodation options available to let:

• Our two holiday caravans each feature a spacious shower, a fully equipped kitchen, a 140 cm bed and three 90 cm beds, as well as a large covered terrace with outdoor furniture.

• Our two bedroom caravans are bedrooms only; the bathroom facilities, located right next door, are shared.

One is for two people, with single beds or a double bed.

The other is for two to four people, with a double bed and two single bunk beds.

• There is also a one-bedroom chalet available (sleeps up to 5), which also has a covered terrace.

We built all these properties ourselves, including their terraces.
